I believe this was on the back of a cake mix box a long time ago, but I haven’t been able to find it recently. Luckily my Mom came through, yet again, and told me how she makes hers. My favorite cake mix to use is Duncan Hines Strawberry Supreme.

INGREDIENTS

- 1 cake mix
- 1 4 serving package of instant pudding – whichever flavor
you think compliments your cake mix, vanilla is always safe.
- 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
- 1 C. water
- 4 Eggs

HIGH ALTITUDE INGREDIENTS

- 1 cake mix
- 1 4 serving package of instant pudding – whichever flavor
you think compliments your cake mix, vanilla is always safe.
- 1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
- 1 C. water
- 1/2 C. Flour
- 4 Eggs

All you have to do is put all of your ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix according to the directions on the back of your cake mix box. I made cupcakes with this recipe and they were very moist. yum. (You don’t make the pudding, you just add the pudding mix to the rest of your dry ingredients.)
