I'm constantly seeking the best advice for healthy skin. Here are a few tips I've learned from dermatologists, facialists, and personal experience.

-moisturizing is essential, morning & night.
-exfoliate 2-4 times a week depending on necessity.
-drink 8 glasses of water a day-at least.
-use a toner after you cleanse.
-wash your face morning and night.
-never sleep in your makeup.
-make sure your daytime moisturizer has an SPF of at least 15.


My morning routine goes like this:
cleanse, exfoliate, tone, moisturize.

My evening routine goes like this:
cleanse, tone, moisturize.


I also highly recommend applying lotion after you get out of the shower every day. I've always been told that moisturizing is the best thing you can do to keep your skin young and vibrant. As an added plus, you won't have dry itchy skin :)
